Our story

KingdomTap comes out of 316 Capital, the lending brokerage that arranges financing for flippers and builders across the Northeast. We watched good people lose real deals and real money to fake proof of funds and strangers in comment sections, so we built the room we wished existed.

The name is not an accident. We run on old principles: accurate weights, a yes that means yes, and a door we did not open ourselves. Look at our mark. The door is already open and the light is on the floor. That is the welcome behind every verified badge on this platform.

What does membership cost?

Nothing right now. Charter members join free while we open the Northeast. If that ever changes, members hear it first.

Who gets approved?

Investors, wholesalers, brokers and lenders who pass verification: government ID, then proof of funds or a confirmed closing record, depending on your role.

Why are addresses hidden?

To protect the person who found the deal. Street and town show in the feed; the full address and contact unlock when both sides tap in.

How does financing work?

Matched deals can request bridge or fix-flip terms in one tap. Financing is handled in house by 316 Capital, the licensed lending brokerage KingdomTap grew out of, with a deep bench of capital providers behind it. Using it is always optional.
